2. We cannot update shipping addresses after checkout. If your address is incorrect, the order will be cancelled  (and a cancellation fee will apply).
 
3. Be sure shirt size and personalization details are accurate - we can't make changes once your order is placed. 
 
4. Boxes will ship by May 1st. Since personalized handmade items are included, please be patient. Remember, once it ships, it's out of our hands and sometimes takes longer than it should.
